Gale is a third generation Tampa native having extensive commercial litigation experience covering a wide variety of business, real estate, and intellectual property related disputes. He routinely appears before state and federal courts throughout Florida and beyond. Gale offers aggressive and effective representation in all phases of the litigation process. Gale will aggressively litigate your case, employing broad based practical experience, effective problem solving and negotiation skills, and well-planned litigation and courtroom strategy, in order to maximize your odds of success.
