Chad is a fourth generation St. Petersburg resident. After graduating as valedictorian from Boca Ciega High School in 2004, Chad received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Florida and his Master of Business Administration degree, focusing on Finance, from the University of South Florida. Chad graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2014, where he volunteered for the Alachua County Board of County Commissioners Self-Help Housing Clinic. While in law school, Chad also interned for two years at Three Rivers Legal Services, working with clients on mortgage foreclosure defense, landlord-tenant law, and family law issues.
